The NHS App Team has identified a potential issue with the ‘Add to calendar’ feature in the NHS App when using the updated GP appointment booking feature. In rare cases (estimated at less than 1% of journeys), the appointment may be added to a user’s personal calendar with the wrong date or time. The date and time will continue to be shown correctly within the NHS App.
They are investigating and aim to fix the issue as soon as possible.”
