We are open Monday – 8.00am – 8.00pm and Tuesday – Friday 8.00am until 6.30pm. Our phone lines are open from 8.00am until 6.30pm.
Monday – Friday we offer routine appointments to see GPs, Practice Nurses, Physio, Occupational Therapist, Social Prescribers, Emergency Care Practitioners, Pharmacists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Senior Care Co-Ordinator.
Our trained care navigators will help to direct you to the most appropriate form of treatment available to you.
Test Results – Routine blood test results take 3-5 days, rare ones longer. We will try to contact you if there is an urgent abnormal result- so please make sure we have an up to date contact number. In most cases the doctor will discuss the results with you at your next appointment or you can ring after 2pm.
Monday evening 6.30pm to 8.00pm and some Saturday mornings – This is not an emergency service, only pre-booked appointments are available.
These appointments can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance, via the telephone, online or in person at the reception desk. Doctors and members of the nursing team will be available during these extended working hours.
In the event of an emergency during the extended working hours the NHS 111 service should be used. Please note during extended hours we are unable to offer access to the surgery via the telephone.
