Our Care Navigators are the first point of contact and are here to help you. They are fully trained in Care Navigation and have a lot of information to hand and in most cases will be able to help you or direct your enquiry to the most appropriate team member. Anything that is discussed with the receptionists or any other member of the team is treated in strictest confidence. We can offer the facility to speak privately if your enquiry is sensitive.
The Care Navigation Team can also deal with repeat prescriptions ready for signing by doctors and they can assist with many queries about your medication. They cannot however issue medications which have not been approved by the repeat system by your G.P. Please allow 48 working hours from submitting your prescription to it being available for collection. If prescriptions are requested electronically, prescriptions may take longer to process by the pharmacy – always check with your nominated pharmacy for a dispensing time.
