Extended hours appointments are now available at Middlewich Road Surgery on Monday evenings from 6.30pm to 8.00pm and some Saturday mornings.
Non-urgent advice: This is not an emergency service, only pre-booked appointments are available.

These appointments can be booked in advance, via the telephone, online or in person at the reception desk. Doctors and members of the nursing team will be available during these extended working hours.
In the event of an emergency during the extended working hours the NHS 111 service should be used. Please note during extended hours we are unable to offer access to the surgery via the telephone.
GP Hub Appointments
South Cheshire and Vale Royal GPs are now offering extended hours appointments at selected practices which will be known as GP Hubs.
These appointments are available to any registered patients from any practice within the boundaries of South Cheshire and Vale Royal.
Please ask your practice receptionist who can book you an appointment.
